The Foundation Plan Terms & Conditions
The Foundation Plan is a high-conversion service-based layout. To maintain our professional delivery timeline and affordable rate, customization is strictly limited to the following:
- Brand Colors: Implementation of your specific brand color palette.
- Business Information: Professional layout of your provided contact info, services, and "About" text.
- Brand Assets: Integration of your high-resolution business logo.
Note: Structural layout changes, custom coding, or additional pages are not included in this plan.
Post-Launch Maintenance Policy
- No Ongoing Maintenance Included: This plan does not include ongoing maintenance or updates after the initial approval for launching.
- Optional 1-Year Maintenance Subscription: Clients may optionally add a 1-year maintenance subscription during purchase. This optional add-on includes unlimited annual maintenance for minor modifications (such as text updates, image swaps, or basic adjustments). Note: This does not include complete site revamps, layout restructurings, or additional page builds.

Timeline & Domain
- Delivery: Your design draft will be delivered within 2–3 business days of receiving your content.
- Domain: Includes one (1) domain for Year 1. Annual renewals thereafter are the client's responsibility.
Cancellations & Forfeiture
- Non-Refundable: The initial $80.00 setup fee is non-refundable once design work begins.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation results in the immediate forfeiture of your "Rate Lock" (if applicable) and deactivation of hosting at the end of current billing cycle.
Payment Terms, Late Fees & Account Reinstatement
- Monthly Subscription Billing: Foundation Plan subscription fees are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis to maintain website hosting.
- Late Fee (14 Days Past Due): Payments not successfully processed within 14 calendar days of the due date will incur a $7.00 Late Fee. Hosting and website services remain active during this 14-day grace period.
- Service Suspension (30 Days Past Due): Accounts remaining unpaid after 30 calendar days will be automatically suspended, and the website will be temporarily taken offline. Website files and domain registrations remain safely archived.
- Reinstatement Fee: To reactivate a suspended account and restore the website online, the client must pay all past-due subscription balances, accrued late fees, plus a $39.98 Reinstatement Fee. Upon full payment, hosting services will be restored within 1–2 business days.
