Foundation Website Plan
An affordable one-page website solution for service-based businesses that want a professional online presence without a large upfront website investment.
Plan Details: Includes a professionally designed one-page service-based website with a high-conversion layout. Your website may include your business information, services, about section, contact information, brand colors, logo, and other client-provided content.
Forms, scheduling tools, payment options, and other business integrations may be connected where applicable and compatible with the website platform.
Hosting is included for as long as your Foundation subscription remains active. We will also cover the initial registration of one new domain or connect an existing domain provided by the client. Future domain renewal fees are the client's responsibility.
Customization under the Foundation Plan is limited to your brand colors, business content, content formatting, and logo/brand assets. Major layout changes, additional pages, custom development, or complete redesigns are not included.
Pricing & Terms: $80 One-Time Setup Fee + $29.99/month The $80 setup fee is due when beginning your website project. Your $29.99 monthly subscription maintains your website hosting and active Foundation Plan. Your $29.99 monthly rate is locked in for as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing.
Website drafts are generally delivered within 2–3 business days after all required content and information have been received. Turnaround time begins after content submission, not the date of payment.
A $7 late fee may be applied once an account reaches 14 days past due. Accounts that remain unpaid for 30 days may be suspended.
To restore a suspended Foundation website, all outstanding balances and late fees must be paid along with a $39.98 reinstatement fee. Website restoration generally occurs within 1–2 business days after payment.
The Foundation Plan may be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, website hosting will remain available through the applicable paid billing period and will then end. Cancellation also forfeits the client's locked-in $29.99 monthly rate.
Optional Maintenance: Annual Website Maintenance is available separately for $100/year. See maintenance details below.
Ownership: Better Your Business retains ownership of the Foundation website's underlying design and layout. The client receives the right to use the completed website while the Foundation subscription remains active and in good standing. The Foundation Plan does not include transfer of full website design ownership.

Standard Website
A customized multi-page website for businesses that need more space, flexibility, and customization without an ongoing monthly website subscription.
Plan Details: Includes a professionally designed website with up to 3 pages and greater design flexibility than the Foundation Website Plan.
Your website may include business information, services, about content, contact information, images, brand elements, and other client-provided content. Forms, scheduling tools, payment options, and other business integrations may be connected where applicable and compatible with the website platform. Hosting is included with your website. We will also cover the initial registration of one new domain or connect an existing domain provided by the client. Future domain renewal fees are the client's responsibility.
Unlike the Foundation Plan, the Standard Website allows for a custom design and greater layout customization rather than being limited to the Foundation layout structure.
Pricing & Terms: $499 One-Time There is no monthly website subscription fee.
Website development generally takes up to 2 weeks after all required content and information have been received. Turnaround begins after complete content submission, not the date payment is made. Additional pages, custom development, advanced functionality, or services outside the original project scope may require additional pricing and client approval.
Optional Maintenance: Annual Website Maintenance is available separately for $100/year. See maintenance details below.
Ownership: Better Your Business retains ownership of the website's underlying design architecture and proprietary design elements. The client receives ongoing usage rights to the completed website for their business. Full transfer of the underlying website design ownership is not included with the Standard Website.

Plan Details: Includes a professionally designed website with up to 5 pages, custom design, and full layout customization.
Your website may include business information, services, about content, contact information, images, brand elements, and other client-provided content. Forms, scheduling tools, payment options, and other business integrations may be connected where applicable and compatible with the website platform. Hosting is included, or the client may choose to use a preferred compatible hosting provider.
We will also cover the initial registration of one new domain or connect an existing domain provided by the client. Future domain renewal fees are the client's responsibility.
Pricing & Terms: $799 One-Time There is no monthly website subscription fee.
Website development generally takes up to 2 weeks after all required content and information have been received. Turnaround begins after complete content submission, not the date payment is made. Optional Annual Website Maintenance
$100/year
Annual Website Maintenance is available for Foundation, Standard, and All-Access websites and begins on the website's launch date.
Maintenance includes unlimited minor website updates during the active maintenance year, including text changes, image swaps, business information updates, service or pricing updates, links, and basic content adjustments.
Annual maintenance does not include major redesigns, additional pages, layout restructuring, custom development, new functionality, or complete website revamps. Services outside the maintenance scope may require separate pricing and approval.

Payments & Service Activation
Payment must be completed according to the selected website plan before development begins. Project timelines begin once all required website content, information, and materials have been received.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, written content, logos, images, links, account access, and other materials required to complete the website. Delays in providing requested information may delay the project timeline.
Domains & Third-Party Fees
When included with the selected plan, Better Your Business will cover the initial registration of one new domain or connect an existing client-owned domain. Future domain renewals are the client's responsibility. Clients are also responsible for fees charged by third-party services, platforms, applications, payment processors, or integrations unless otherwise stated.
Integrations
Forms, scheduling systems, payment options, and other business tools may be integrated where applicable. Availability depends on compatibility with the website platform and the client's third-party service or account.
Project Scope
Website services are limited to the features, page count, customization, and ownership terms included with the selected plan. Additional pages, redesigns, custom development, advanced functionality, or work outside the agreed scope may require additional pricing and approval.
Website Maintenance
Ongoing content updates are not automatically included with Standard or All-Access website purchases unless Annual Website Maintenance is purchased. Foundation clients may also purchase Annual Website Maintenance for eligible minor updates.
Final Sale & Refund Policy
ALL WEBSITE SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS OR NEGOTIATIONS.
Clients are responsible for reviewing the selected plan, pricing, scope, ownership terms, maintenance options, and applicable policies before submitting payment. Payments will not be refunded due to cancellation, change of mind, failure to provide required materials, failure to use the completed website, or requests outside the purchased scope.

By purchasing a website plan, the client acknowledges that they have reviewed and accepted the pricing, scope, ownership provisions, maintenance terms, and Website Terms & Conditions applicable to their selected service.
